Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer famous for his part in the film 'Birdman. A versatile actor he is skilled in playing comedy as well as dramatic parts. A multi-faceted actor who is adept in a variety of dramatic and comedic roles. As a teen, he became interested in acting and performing. As an adult, he attempted comedy stand-up. He was unsuccessful in his comedy career however this set the way to his successful acting career. In order to be successful as a comic and performer, he was hired as a cameraman at a local cable television station. He realized that his true love was behind the camera while he worked in the position. After landing a job on TV, he starred on numerous episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor had natural talent and quickly became a household name on television. He had great goals, and made a move into film and was a household name for his comedy parts. His career was further enhanced after he was praised in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed the actor's acting abilities improved and he began to look into directing and producing. In the film Birdman (2014), he won numerous awards and nominations.
